Role Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-oriented HR Operations Partner to join our dynamic HR Ops Team at Take-Two Interactive. The successful candidate will support the workflows related to hiring and onboarding, employee inquiries, auditing payroll, leaves management, and employee data management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HRIS Super User: Partner with the corporate HRIS team on reporting and data management projects, systems processes, improvements, trainings, and documentation.
  • Data Management: Operate in the HRIS and manage all relevant documentation, updates, and personnel file creation, ensuring the confidentiality, accuracy, security, and timely maintenance of people data.
  • Culture Ambassador: Represent the T2 culture to all incoming, current, and exiting employees.
  • Administrative Support: Serve as the main point of contact for all administrative tasks across HR Ops initiatives, including employee timecard entries, verifications, onboarding, benefits inquiries, and offboarding.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience of 3+ years.
  • Languages: Bilingual in English and French.
  • Technical Skills: Experienced in Workday and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & GSuite, including sophisticated Excel/Sheets skills.
  • Canadian HR Principles: Experience and understanding of Canadian human resources principles and practices, such as wage and hour, and employment law.
