The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting complex technical issues, providing excellent customer service, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to clients and internal teams via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to computer systems, networks, and software applications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and process improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to ensure KeAnu Inc. remains at the forefront of innovation.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with Jira, iOS, Linux, and other technical tools.
