We are seeking a skilled Loan Syndications Specialist to join our team at The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada). This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in finance and analytical skills.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of League Table submissions, and maintaining up-to-date comparable transactions.
  • They will also contribute to the preparation and maintenance of Weekly Bank Report, Syndication Pipeline Report, and other key deliverables.
  • Additionally, this role involves working closely with the team to update models, pitches, and tombstones in PowerPoint.
About You:
  • You hold an undergraduate or post-graduate degree in finance or a related field.
  • Your excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure make you an ideal fit for this role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential.
