We are seeking an Administrative Officer - Policy Implementation Specialist to join our team at First Light Immigration Consultancy Inc. in a permanent full-time capacity.

This role will involve implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and delegating work to office support staff. You will also be responsible for establishing work priorities, ensuring procedures are followed, and deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent organizational skills. They will be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

In this role, you will oversee payroll administration, resolve conflict situations, and perform data entry tasks. You will also assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.

You will be part of a dynamic team that provides immigration consulting services to individuals and families. Our goal is to provide exceptional service and support to our clients, and we are looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence.

The salary for this position is approximately $45,000 per year, based on industry standards for administrative roles in Toronto. The work hours are typically 30-40 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate the needs of the team.
