Job Title: Guest Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Representative to join our team at Omniscient Wellness. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet guests, respond to inquiries, and provide information on our services and facilities.
  • Switchboard Operations: Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and operate our switchboard system.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform data entry, maintain records, and process payments.
  • Communication: Provide excellent written and verbal communication, responding to emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, database software, and electronic scheduler.
