Lead Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Manager to join our Specialized Groups team at National Bank. As a key member of our Commercial & Private management sector, you will have the opportunity to work with top players in the Technology & Innovation, Health, Agri-food, Creative Industries & Professional Firms sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of financing projects with values ranging from $1 to $200 million.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their financing needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Proven experience in portfolio management, preferably in a structured finance role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Knowledge of financial markets and instruments, with a focus on structured finance.
