About the Role

The Business Solutions Manager will play a key role in driving the success of TMG (Tri-Mach Group) by identifying, planning, and implementing business applications that align with the company's strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform project requirements analysis, develop project conversion, and system implementation plans, manage and monitor project performance
  • Prepare and obtain approval of system and programming documentation
  • Recommend changes in development, maintenance, and system standards
  • Implement and execute thorough user training for system conversion and implementation
  • Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, maintenance, and administration of Microsoft NAV & Dynamics
  • Analyze business processes and match systems hardware/software through development of technical solutions
  • Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet user requirements
  • Lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues
  • Support end users with Microsoft NAV & Dynamics
  • Perform all functions and responsibilities in conjunction with company policy and procedures
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in computer science, or an acceptable combination of education and relevant experience
  • 3-5+ years of related work experience
  • Experience in engineering and design of comprehensive business solutions that query corporate databases
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Knowledge of ERP system configuration and report generation, MS NAV & Dynamics
  • Knowledge and experience with artificial intelligence applications in a business setting
  • Strong relational database modeling skills
  • Excellent knowledge of operating systems and service application environments
