ArcGIS Enterprise Patch Product Specialist

The ArcGIS Enterprise Patch Product Engineer II position requires an individual with a deep understanding of software patching and a passion for driving innovation. You will work closely with a diverse cross-functional team to improve and optimize the patch process for ArcGIS Enterprise. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting patching across all components of the product, ensuring seamless integration and effective issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to modernize the patch process
  • Collaborate with the Quick Fixing Engineering (QFE) team to provide clear hotfix and patch requests
  • Conduct initial confidence testing of patches and hotfixes
  • Work with fellow product engineers on the verification of accumulated issues
  • Troubleshoot complex issues related to patches and hotfixes
  • Communicate patch status to various stakeholders across the company
  • Manage multiple patch and hotfix requests simultaneously
  • Document internal processes for patch and hotfix development
  • Establish a system of record for the chronology of patch and hotfix releases

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience with ArcGIS Enterprise software
  • Deep understanding of installing and configuring ArcGIS Enterprise components
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work on several projects simultaneously
  • Customer advocate and passionate about supporting users
  • Bachelors degree in computer science, GIS, or related field

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
