About Us

We are a department within the University Health Network, comprising over 300 employees across multiple sites. Our comprehensive continuum of prevention, rehabilitation, and health care services caters to third-party payors, individuals, and employers, including the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) and insurers.

We pride ourselves on offering client-centered services that address physical, psychosocial, and behavioral issues related to injury or illness. Our commitment to outcomes data collection, analysis, and reporting, continuous quality improvement, and education ensures the delivery of high-quality services.

Role Overview

As a Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist, you will be responsible for empowering clients through their recovery journey. You will apply your expertise in treating concussions, MSK injuries, chronic pain management, and mental health challenges. Your primary goal is to enable clients to reach their fully functional and work reintegration potential in collaboration with stakeholders.

You will treat clients using evidence-based practices, deliver tailored treatment plans, and monitor progress. Additionally, you will perform cross-functional duties and participate in site-specific projects as assigned or requested.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
