About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team at Elsevier Canada Inc Company. This role will focus on promoting nursing curriculum materials and electronic products to nursing health professionals and higher education institutions across Atlantic Canada and Quebec.

Job Summary

  • As a Field Sales Representative, you will develop sales in assigned territory, including customer service, sales presentations, negotiation, and training on both print and digital products.
  • You will drive successful implementation and adoption of the solution portfolio for customers in your territory.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, you will provide in-depth product training, support, and guidance directly aligned to the curriculum.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations on Elsevier's suite of products and how they can create a robust classroom experience.
  • Track sales pipeline, leads, and sales cycle using Salesforce.com.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated experience with sales in technology, higher education, or healthcare/publishing.
  • A proven track record of B2B sales success.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A genuine interest in health science education and the integration of technology into the educational arena.
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM software.
  • A valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Flexibility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.

Benefits and Perks

Elsevier Canada Inc Company offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
