Your Key Responsibilities:
- Process alarm signals quickly, accurately, and professionally in high-pressure situations
- Dispatch the proper authorities, verify that help is on the way, and notify subscribers
- Accurately document all responses for the alarm on our computer system
- Learn and use new software to complete multiple tasks efficiently

What We're Looking for?
- A completed high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred, but not necessary
- The ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments with high pressure situations
- Must pass a pre-employment criminal record check and be legally authorized to work in Canada

- Competitive starting pay of $16.50 an hour for day shifts and $17.50 an hour for night shifts
