At Tim Hortons, we're seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing dough for a variety of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats. You will also be responsible for requisitioning and ordering materials, equipment, and supplies, as well as operating machinery and ensuring the quality of our products meets our high standards. In addition to your baking skills, you will also be responsible for overseeing sales and merchandising of our baked goods, including operating brakes, shears, and other metal shaping machines. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods
* Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies
* Operate machinery
* Ensure quality of products meets established standards
* Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods
* Operate brakes, shears, and other metal shaping machines

**Requirements:**

* No degree, certificate, or diploma required
* Will train
* English language proficiency
* 40 hours per week
