As an experienced Risk Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports clients in achieving their goals.

Job Overview

This role involves ensuring the Senior Risk Manager and Project Lead are fully supported in delivering best practice risk management activities. You will also undertake end-to-end project risk management on multiple infrastructure projects within the program.

Responsibilities:
  • Initiate a proactive approach to reviewing, developing, and improving the risk management service to the client.
  • Undertake regular risk reviews, analyze identified risks, determine treatments, and monitor and report project and program risk profiles.
  • Perform quantitative cost and schedule risk analysis using Monte Carlo simulation, where appropriate.
  • Establish integration of the risk management function within the program and project controls team.
  • Work collaboratively with program and project control teams to eliminate redundancies and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide knowledge transfer opportunities within the immediate risk team, project controls team, and to the client.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience working on major projects, preferably in Real Estate.
  • Experience of at least two Real Estate or equivalent projects, each over $100M CDN in value.
  • Demonstrated experience within a Program Management or Project Controls environment.
  • Project Risk Management experience.
  • Conducted risk and value management training sessions.
  • Over 2 years' working knowledge of risk analysis using Monte Carlo simulations.
  • A Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
  • Gained or working towards a Project Management/Risk Management qualification is an asset.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $110,000 and $140,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, Turner & Townsend offers a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
