**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced medical professional to lead our Hematology and Oncology Division. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of academic leadership, research, and clinical excellence. They will be responsible for overseeing the division's research and clinical programs, as well as contributing to the development of our academic and research strategies.
**Responsibilities**
* Provide academic leadership and vision for the Hematology and Oncology Division
* Oversee the division's research and clinical programs

* Work closely with our research institute and other academic partners to advance our research agenda
**Requirements**
* MD or equivalent degree
* Board certification in Hematology and Oncology
* Significant experience in academic leadership and research
* Strong track record of clinical excellence and research productivity
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
