Storage Facility Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to assist in the day-to-day operations of our storage facility. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, confirming reservations, renting storage units, and collecting rental payments. You will also be responsible for maintaining the property appearance by cleaning the facility daily and performing daily inspections of storage units to ensure they are clean, properly locked, and rent-ready.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including confirming reservations and renting storage units
- Collect rental payments and maintain accurate records
- Maintain property appearance by cleaning the facility daily
- Perform daily inspections of storage units to ensure they are clean, properly locked, and rent-ready
- Travel between locations as required, with access to a reliable vehicle
- Strong fluency in English, both written and spoken

Requirements:
