Mixology Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mixology Manager to join our team at MrMikes Steakhouse Casual. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bartending, leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.

• Clean and maintain the bar area, including washing glassware and ensuring a clean and safe environment for customers.
• Hire, train, and manage staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality beverage preparation.
• Supervise food and beverage servers, as well as other staff members, to ensure seamless operations.
• Collect payment from customers and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
• Order and manage inventory of bar stock, ensuring adequate supplies and minimizing waste.
• Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, maintaining a responsible and compliant bar environment.
• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including mixed drinks, wine, draft and bottled beer, and non-alcoholic options.

• 1-2 years of experience in bartending or a related field.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

• A competitive salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year (based on location and experience).
