The Food Service Supervisor role at Subway Sandwiches involves leading a team of food service staff, coordinating their activities, and ensuring the quality of food and service meets our high standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate staff schedules and activities
  • SUPERVISE AND CO-ORDINATE ACTIVITIES OF STAFF WHO PREPARE AND PORTION FOOD
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff
  • Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Work Environment:
