Temporary Administrative Coordinator and Office Receptionist

We are currently seeking a reliable and organized Temporary Administrative Coordinator and Office Receptionist to join our team at Randstad. As an administrative assistant, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Job Summary- Analyze and manage various administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure seamless communication between teams and stakeholders
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
This is a temporary role covering a sick leave replacement, Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment and contribute to the success of our organization.
About the RoleIn this administrative coordinator role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
- Managing administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed
