About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SAND CASTLE STEAKHOUSE. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet our busy service demands.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Train and develop our staff in their job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Estimate and manage our food and supply requirements to ensure that we always have the necessary resources to meet our service demands.
  • Monitor and maintain our quality control standards, ensuring that our food and service meet the expectations of our customers.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and customer service.
