Cycling Equipment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Cycling Equipment Specialist to join our team at Boh's Cycle & Sporting Goods.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position that requires the candidate to be available for 16 to 40 hours per week. The work term is English, which means you will communicate with colleagues, customers, and management in this language.
The ideal candidate will have no degree, certificate, or diploma but possess relevant experience in bicycle repair. If you're passionate about cycling and have a keen eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities- Inspect products: Use your expertise to assess products and determine their requirements for repair.
- Repair and replace parts: Utilize hand, power, or specially designed tools to fix defective or worn-out components.
- Test and adjust products: Ensure repaired items function properly by testing and adjusting them as needed.
- Calibrate products: Use hand tools to calibrate products to meet quality standards.
- Assemble equipment: Put together supplies, sports, and game equipment efficiently and effectively.
This role requires manual dexterity, attention to detail, and good hand-eye coordination. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, which demands strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Additionally, the job involves physical demands, such as lifting and moving heavy equipment.
