Office Support Coordinator

At Macbeeners Business Goods, we are seeking an experienced Office Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising other workers, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, training other workers, and recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, answering telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and overseeing the preparation of reports.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in this field of employment and be available for shift or on-call work.

- Train and develop other employees
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings and conferences
- Answer telephone and relay messages
- Oversee the preparation of reports
