Healthcare Project Lead Position at B+H Architects

The estimated salary range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and location. This compensation package reflects the company's commitment to attracting top talent in the industry. As a Project Manager at B+H Architects, you will oversee large-scale healthcare projects, providing leadership to multi-disciplined teams and ensuring timely delivery within budget. Your strong interpersonal and leadership skills, combined with solid financial acumen, will be essential in determining project resources, monitoring performance, and forecasting revenue.
Key responsibilities include negotiating and controlling scope, developing work plans and schedules, coordinating staffing and workload, and allocating hours to the work plan. You will also lead integrated teams through quality assurance and quality control procedures, coordinate with contractors and building authorities, and maintain close client relationships. A minimum of 10 years of architectural project work experience, 7 years in large complex projects, and client management expertise are required. Familiarity with PMI framework and industry practices is also necessary. Registered professionals and PMP certification are assets.
