Job Summary

Boston Pizza International Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team. As a Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager with the daily operations of the restaurant, including training, development, staffing, scheduling, and performance management of the Front of House team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager in achieving business objectives and ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Lead by example and work closely with team members to ensure a positive and efficient dining experience for guests.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage and maintain a high level of knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other operational expenses.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Floor Supervisor or Manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business results.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and labor scheduling.
  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a high-pressure environment.
