{"About the Role": "As a Regional Land-Based Healing Project Manager at First Nations Health Authority, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring Land-Based Healing projects, funding, and grants. You will collaborate with community leadership, First Nations community health leaders/managers, and other stakeholders to define project scope and objectives, develop work plans, and provide regular project status updates.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
* Collaborate with community leadership and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
* Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders
* Provide regular project status updates and reports

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Qualification in project management or equivalent
* PMP designation is an asset
* Change Management certification is an asset

Preferred Qualifications:

* Significant experience in project management
* Experience in people, risk, and change management
* Experience in strategic planning
* Experience in working with project management software
* Experience working in Northern First Nations communities and lived experience and understanding of land-based healing programs and projects
