Job Summary:

CSA Group is seeking a Commercial Director - Healthcare to lead and manage a regional sales team. The successful candidate will provide guidance and accountability to achieve set commercial targets through account growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategy, budget, and goals.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the regional sales team.
  • Hire, train, and develop sales staff.
  • Monitor and manage regional sales travel and expenditures.
  • Plan and organize sales staff attendance at scheduled tradeshows.
  • Contribute to strategic direction through customer research and analysis.
  • Develop and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Assist with the preparation of the annual sales & marketing budget.
  • Participate in special projects and improve processes.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in technical and/or business fields.
  • Six or more years of strategic leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities.
  • Proven ability to consistently exceed sales goals.
  • Experience dealing with large organizations at senior level.
