We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience to fill the role of General Supervisor at B.C Ltd.
Main Responsibilities:
Prepare and present production and other reports to management.
Provide technical advice and resolve work problems to ensure seamless operations.
Supervise and coordinate the work of workers and projects to meet company objectives.
Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure efficient use of resources.
Recruit, hire, and train staff to meet company needs.
Recommend personnel actions to ensure fair and effective management.
Requisition materials and supplies to support company operations.
Requirements:
- English language proficiency
- 30 hours of work per week
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of experience
