At Professional Staffing, we are seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Sainte-Catherine, Quebec. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has excellent communication skills in both English and French.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients and suppliers, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and efficiently. This role involves interacting with customers via phone, email, or in-person, resolving any issues that may arise, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions.

You will work closely with our operations, sales, quality control finance and logistics teams to coordinate pick-ups, deliveries, and material processing. Additionally, you will ensure that supplier and customer expectations regarding service quality, delivery times, and material processing are met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide information on company products, services, pricing, and recycling processes to customers and suppliers;
  • Resolve supplier and customer complaints, providing prompt and effective solutions to ensure satisfaction;
  • Manage incoming and outgoing orders for scrap metal recycling services, ensuring accurate data entry and order fulfillment;
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and inquiries in our CRM system;
  • Advise suppliers and customers on the best practices for delivering and receiving materials to and from our recycling facility;
  • Collaborate with operations, sales, quality control, finance, and logistics teams to coordinate pick-ups, deliveries, and material processing;
  • Evaluate and report on supplier and customer feedback, service issues, and trends to management for continuous improvement;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (marketing, business administration, etc.) or equivalent experience;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French;
  • Proficient in customer service software (CRM), Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines;
  • A strong problem-solving attitude and ability to think critically;
  • Familiarity with the scrap metal recycling industry is an asset.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, and a generous retirement plan.
