Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Fixed Term Contract for 12 months)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring a positive experience for all participants in the hiring process.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience in HR functions, with proficiency in computers and experience with SuccessFactors. You will be responsible for scheduling and logistics for interviews, forms and technology maintenance, and referral payout tracking. You will also confirm participant availability and schedule all phone screens, teleconferences, and in-person interviews with all participants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, including phone screens, teleconferences, and in-person interviews
  • Manage forms and technology maintenance, including SuccessFactors
  • Track referral payouts and ensure timely payment
  • Confirm participant availability and schedule interviews
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in HR functions
  • Proficiency in computers and experience with SuccessFactors
  • Bachelor's degree or working towards
  • Proficiency in English
