Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at BC LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation management and excellent leadership skills. You will be responsible for managing a team of delivery drivers, supervising daily operations, and implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.

Apart from your technical expertise, you will also be required to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, provide clear guidance and support, and ensure that all team members feel valued and motivated.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Supervising and coordinating the work of delivery drivers and other warehouse staff
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring that all stock is accurately recorded and stored
  • Managing vehicle maintenance schedules and ensuring that all vehicles are properly maintained
  • Coordinating with suppliers and other external partners to ensure smooth logistics operations

You will work closely with our logistics team to ensure that all deliveries are made on time and to the highest standard. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, and providing regular updates to senior management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
  • Valid Class 5/5F/G driver's license and clean driving record

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
