The Infinity Women Secretariat is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the well-being of Red River Métis women, girls, and 2SLGBTQ+ individuals. As a Research and Policy Analyst, you will be responsible for researching, reviewing, and implementing policies that impact these communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop research frameworks and methodologies to inform policy decisions;
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to analyze social and political issues affecting the Red River Métis community;
  • Collaborate with legal professionals and public policy experts to interpret legislation and policy implications;
  • Research comparable policies from other jurisdictions and provide policy advice and analysis;

This full-time position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, pension, and vacation. You will also have access to an on-site fitness facility and in-house restaurant.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $60,000-$80,000 per year, based on industry standards and location in Winnipeg, MB.
