Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at N.G.K PRECISION LENDING GROUP INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including arranging seminars, determining office procedures, and maintaining digital databases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Oversee payroll administration
- Arrange travel and make reservations
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
- Provide customer service
- Maintain and manage digital databases
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
Working Conditions:
- 30 to 35 hours per week
- Permanent position
- English language
