Job Title: Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Supervisor to join our team at Green Mobile. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and ensuring that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including assigning duties and providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Sales and Inventory Management: Manage sales and inventory levels, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and answering questions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
