We redirect billions of pounds of used items away from landfills and onto our store racks and shelves, providing valuable funding for local nonprofit organizations and their community-based programs.
Estimated Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 per year
Job Description
As a Supervisor at Savers / Value Village, you will play a crucial role in the success of your store, making important decisions that impact business results and developing your team members.
Our Retail Supervisors work in various capacities, including Front End, Production, and Community Donation Supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead teams to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
- Manage day-to-day operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for experienced leaders with strong communication and problem-solving skills, who can adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
Prior experience in retail management or a related field is required, as well as a high school diploma or equivalent.
