Job Description:

This Office Operations Manager role is a crucial part of our team at Judgemotive Automotive Services & Sales Ltd. As an expert in office management, you will oversee the administrative functions of the establishment, ensuring seamless operations and timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity
  • Delegate work to office support staff effectively, setting clear priorities and deadlines
  • Maintain inventory and budgetary controls, preparing periodic reports and special analyses as needed
  • Co-ordinate office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Supervise 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent performance
Requirements:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines
  • Experience with MS Office and electronic mail, with a high level of proficiency
Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment with multiple projects ongoing simultaneously. The ideal candidate must be flexible, reliable, and able to maintain focus under pressure.

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
