We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at FRESH FREIGHT CANADA. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and meetings;">
  • Prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences;">
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines;">
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies;">
  • Schedule and confirm appointments;">
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages;">
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory;">
  • Greet visitors and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas;">
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and documents;">
  • Perform data entry tasks.">

Requirements:
