Job Summary
">We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at FRESH FREIGHT CANADA. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

- Determine and establish office procedures and routines;">
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies;">
- Schedule and confirm appointments;">
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages;">
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory;">
- Greet visitors and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas;">
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and documents;">
- Perform data entry tasks.">
