As part of our commitment to growth, we are expanding our operation and looking for qualified candidates in the following fields:

  • General Labourers
  • Skilled Labourers
  • Reinforcing Labourers
  • Concrete Finishers

To be successful in these roles, ideal candidates will have the following skills and experience:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a production environment is preferred; we are willing to train
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with hand tools, power tools, compressed air tools
  • Familiarity with various materials (wood, steel, plastic) to set up forms for concrete pours
  • Experience tying reinforcing bars according to production drawings
  • Experience with placing, vibrating and finishing concrete
  • Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision at times
  • Ability to produce work of high quality
  • Ability to read a measuring tape in both metric and imperial
  • Capable of lifting approximately 50lbs
  • Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time
  • Ability to work outdoors, in heat or cold
  • Maintain a good attendance record and demonstrate passion for working in a safe manner
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Available to work shifts and overtime, as required

This is a full-time, permanent position offering competitive compensation.

Salary: $35-$40 per hour

Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, overtime
