Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Cashier at Canadian Tire. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the cash wrap and surrounding areas.
- Stocking and Receiving: Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, ensuring that shelves are fully stocked and facing is maintained.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
