We are currently seeking a highly skilled Baking Technical Representative to join our team in the Ontario territory. This role will play a critical part in supporting our bakery customers' success by leveraging your baking experience and Dawn's manufactured products to ensure customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and maintain sales of Dawn's product range, while identifying new business opportunities for the company.
  • Support the development, growth, and profitability of accounts through technical support, product demonstrations, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with customer service, Key Account Managers, Market Sales Reps, sales leadership, R&D, and operations to ensure adequate commercial product and service stream to meet sales and profit goals.
  • Present new products to customers, achieving and exceeding goals and objectives set with support from Business Development Manager of Technical Sales & Service.
  • Prepare visit reports, weekly planners, sales reports, and project briefs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Up to 75% overnight travel; regular daily travel to customer sites is required.

Requirements:



  • A minimum of 10 years of baking experience, working with various channels of customers including artisanal, manufacturers, supermarkets, or food service.
  • Strong understanding of baking processes and equipment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to provide recommendations and suggestions.
  • Ability to build solid working relationships with both internal and external partners.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft programs.
  • Bilingual French preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:
