Pharmacy Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our team at Loblaw Companies Limited.
As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of pharmacists and support staff to provide exceptional patient care and service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to ensure excellent patient care and service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Manage the pharmacy's inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacists license.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a retail pharmacy environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
