We are seeking a highly skilled Production Operations Manager to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our products to customers.

The Job Description

As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for managing production processes, leading by example, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize scalability and ease of doing business with internal and external partners.

Your primary objective will be to ensure that materials are available on time and with quality, inventory accuracy is maintained, and risks are clearly communicated and actioned in a timely manner.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop production processes, manage capacity, build planning, and material requirements to support customer orders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A college diploma or university degree in production, manufacturing, operations, and/or logistics
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in a regulated industry, preferably in a similar role
  • 3-5 years of people management experience
  • Production or inventory planning experience
  • Experience implementing process improvements in a regulated, quality system environment (e.g., ISO)
  • Strong database and word processing skills
  • Skilled in analysis and manipulation of data
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
