Chief Administrative Officer

The Town of Leaf Rapids is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Administrative Officer to oversee the general administrative affairs of the municipality.
Key Responsibilities:- Under the direction of the Administrator, provide strategic leadership and guidance to municipal employees.
- Develop and implement policies and programs to support the municipality's goals and objectives.
- Provide financial planning and management of a budget of over $1.1 million.
- Recruit and develop municipal employees to ensure a high-performing team.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and constituencies.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
