About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inside Support Representative to join our team at goeasy Ltd. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service and support to LendCare customers and partners via phone, chat, and email
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our services and products
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is an asset
  • Financial services, healthcare support, or veterinary care support background is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Availability to work in our Pickering, ON head office
