Clinical Nurse Educator Position

As a Clinical Nurse Educator with the Government of Nunavut, you will play a critical role in promoting quality, culturally safe nursing practice and continuous quality improvement initiatives. This position is responsible for assessing competencies, designing learning plans, and supporting professional development activities for nurses working in various roles throughout Nunavut.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess competencies and design learning plans for nurses
- Support professional development activities and coordinate training sessions
- Promote equitable healthcare services and ensure high clinical standards are met
- Collaborate with the nursing education team to increase patient satisfaction and public confidence in the healthcare system
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent
- Three years of experience in a nurse practitioner, community health nurse, or critical care nurse role
- At least one year of experience in training in an adult learning setting
- Eligibility to register with RNANTNU
