Administrative Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Metro Mortgages INC. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
About the Role- This is a permanent position with a salary of approximately $55,000 per year, offering a competitive compensation package.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Administration: Provide administrative support to the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing reports.
- Procedure Review: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.
- Work Priorities: Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Working Conditions:
- This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week.
- The ideal candidate will be willing to relocate to accommodate the needs of the company.
Skills and Qualifications:
