About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Telecom Customer Service Representative to join our team at Mass Markets. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and selling new products and services to our clients.

Job Summary

The Telecom Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from customers, responding to their queries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for selling new products and services to customers, upselling existing products, and ensuring that customers have an excellent experience with our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Sell new products and services to customers
  • Upsell existing products and services to customers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
