  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize merchandising and sales of baked goods
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Work Environment:

Fresh Taste Bakery is a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. As a Bakery Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our baked goods. You will work closely with the production team to develop and implement production schedules, monitor and maintain inventory levels, and collaborate with the sales team to optimize merchandising and sales of baked goods.
