About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Panda Hut Mangolia Express. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload and load buspans and trays, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Clean and sanitize all kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, ensuring timely restocking and minimizing waste.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Sharpen kitchen knives, ensuring they are in good condition for food preparation.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit, preparing them for cooking and presentation.

  • Work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet deadlines and maintain high standards.
  • Be able to multitask, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet kitchen demands.
