The Role:

  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and attract qualified candidates. Develop relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide excellent service.
  • Screening Candidates: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Conducting Interviews: Evaluate candidates' qualifications and assess their potential through in-person, phone, and video interviews. Make informed decisions to ensure the right fit for our organization.
  • Managing the Hiring Process: Coordinate the entire hiring process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and extending offers. Provide excellent communication and service to internal stakeholders and candidates.
  • Building Relationships: Foster strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored solutions. Promote our company's employer brand and create a positive candidate experience.

What We Offer:
