Job Title: Retail Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at ALBERTA INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our retail sales team and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient sales processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase sales and productivity.
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet sales targets and customer demands.
  • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure effective team performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and develop sales strategies to meet customer needs.
  • Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale to meet customer demands and sales targets.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure effective financial management.
  • Determine staffing requirements to meet sales targets and customer demands.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure effective team performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate team performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in retail sales management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing customer demands and sales targets.
