Dishroom Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishroom Assistant to join our team at Tilly's Family Restaurant.

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week. As a Dishroom Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are washed, sanitized, and stored properly.

• Load and unload dishwashers and wash dishes by hand as needed
• Sanitize and store cleaning products
• Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment
• Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas
• Remove kitchen garbage and trash
• Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
